Comments (e-mail your concert review here): This is the stadium where the local football club Vitesse plays their matches. I've been there a few times to watch for example U2 (2 times) and Faithless. Unique for this stadium is that the pitch can be rolled out of the stadium.
It was one of the best Night Of The Proms I've seen so far. Very good artists, especially Sinead O'Conner, what a voice! Incredible!. Simple Minds were well received by the audience. I don't think Sanctify Yourself is the right song for Night Of The Proms. Alive And Kicking would do better, or a song which people are not familiar with. Belfast Child is superb for such a concert, especially when Sinead O'Connor participates... Don't You is the absolute crowd pleaser, everybody was clapping and yelling. Great.
