Simple Minds performed in the Tiscali-lounge in Baden-Baden. Before they played they won the "Pioneer Of Pop Award". The reaction of Jim Kerr: "A very nice price, but the best price for us is to be able to play music for our fans". It appears that Simple Minds mimed this gig. Mel wasn't "playing" his purple drumkit. Unbelievable that Simple Minds want themselves miming songs on TV. Simple Minds is a live band and no one shows that better then Jimbo himself, as he did again a poor job miming the two songs.
